The Market
Just across the road from the Sudima Hotel in Frankton, The Market is an easy low-key destination with a uniquely local vibe.
A local’s favourite, head to Hustl café for a delicious brunch. Hustl has a range of vegan GF and DF options available and are also licensed should you wish to spice lunch up with a beer or a cocktail. Bakers Lane is a must-do! Experience Wendy’s famous filled-donuts, Whitakers-choc biscuits, decadent slices and freshly brewed coffee. New on the menu – yummy Choc Afghans, made the old-school way with cornflakes, chocolate shortbread, real chocolate icing, and a walnut crown. A classic Kiwi treat!
For food with soul, look no further than Paul and the team at Soul Food Organic. Beautiful organically grown produce, sourced locally, bulk bin pantry stocking, fresh pressed juice and smoothies with super-healing properties, guilt-free bliss balls and sweet treats.
A delicious meal for lunch or dinner, The Meat Preachers caters to all taste buds. From burgers, to wraps, healthy salads, twice cooked potatoes, to bangers on a skewer for the littlies. With meats cooked over an open flame, South-American style, you’ll be satiated and planning a return visit.
For all your Asian-fusion pantry essentials head to Kims Asian Mart (they have some pretty cool lollies for kids also!) and grab your favourite tipple from Merchants Liquor on the way out.
Kmart Foyer – Tinco Cafe
Located in Kmart Foyer, Tinco is the perfect mid-shopping pit-stop. A local’s secret – Tinco has become quietly famous for their Matcha and their Macarons!
