Led by renowned chef and restaurateur Sean Connolly, Pavilion brings new flavours and an original dining experience to the Frankton area.

About Sean Connolly
Yorkshire-born chef and restaurateur Sean Connolly is one of Australasia’s most respected culinary talents, known for his rock ‘n’ roll spirit, creative flair, and uncompromising commitment to quality. A global citizen at heart, Sean lives in Australia, has made his mark in Singapore, and considers New Zealand his spiritual home.
With a career spanning more than 40 years, Sean has earned multiple awards and accolades, released his own cookbook, launched his own line of gourmet products, and starred in four television series.
