Promotion Terms & Conditions
In these Terms and Conditions, ‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’ or ‘The Promoter’ refers to the Colliers Real Estate Managed Property, Queenstown Central, that is running this promotion.
All decisions are final, and no correspondence will be entered into. The promotion is conducted in good faith, but we do reserve the right to modify, suspend, cancel or terminate this promotion should circumstances arise that compromise the fairness or conflict with the Terms and Conditions of the promotion.
ELIGIBILITY
1. To be eligible you must comply with competition rules within the set promotional period of the competition or activation.
2. The Promoter takes no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted or ineligible entries.
3. Entrant’s consent to the collection and retention of personal contact details in accordance with our Privacy Policy found on our website. Details are held and used for future promotional purposes. Under the Privacy Act 2020, entrants have the right to access or correct their details or unsubscribe from this list at any time by sending an email to hello@queenstowncentral.co.nz
4. Entry into competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
5. We reserve the right to disallow deny receipt, request verification of eligibility and/or proof of purchase; refusing award of prize where false or misleading details have been supplied, entry behaviour is dishonest or fraudulent or compromise is made on the spirit of this promotion. .
6. The promotion is open to New Zealand residents, 18 years and over only (all as at the date of entry). Employees, directors or managers of the Promoter and any suppliers, providers or agencies directly involved with this promotion and the immediate families of such parties, are not eligible to enter.
7. Competition is valid for participating retailers only. Bank and limited service transactions such as layby payments, insurance, offices and casual leasing tenant purchases are not included.

ACTIVATION TERMS & CONDITIONS
In these Terms and Conditions, “we”, “us”, “our” or “the Promoter” refers to Queenstown Central, managed by Colliers Real Estate Management Limited.
Participation in the Send a Little Queenstown activation constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
1. Eligibility
1.1 The activation is open to all visitors to Queenstown Central during the Promotional Period.
1.2 Participation is free of charge and no purchase is necessary.
1.3 Participants under the age of 16 years must have the consent of a parent or guardian before participating.
1.4 A maximum of one (1) postcard per person per day applies unless otherwise approved by Centre Management.
1.5 The Promoter reserves the right to refuse participation where a participant does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
2. Promotional Period
2.1 The activation will run from 30th July 2026 until 28th August 2026, or while postcard stocks last.
2.2 The Promoter reserves the right to extend, modify, suspend or terminate the activation at any time where reasonably necessary or required for operational, legal or safety reasons.
3. How to Participate
3.1 To participate, visitors must:
a) Select an official postcard supplied by Queenstown Central.
b) Write a message on the postcard.
c) Complete the recipient’s name and postal address.
d) Place the completed postcard into the designated activation mailbox located at Queenstown Central during the Promotional Period.
3.2 Only postcards supplied as part of the activation may be posted through the activation mailbox.
3.3 The Promoter reserves the right to reject postcards that are illegible, incomplete, damaged, oversized, contain additional items, or otherwise do not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
3.4 Postcards are sent in standard postcard format and are not enclosed. Participants should not include confidential, sensitive, financial, personal or private information in their messages.
4. Postal Services
4.1 Queenstown Central will provide standard postage and arrange lodgement of completed postcards with NZ Post.
4.2 Postcards may be sent to New Zealand and international destinations serviced by NZ Post at the time of posting.
4.3 The Promoter reserves the right to decline or withhold posting to destinations where postal restrictions, service suspensions, sanctions, legal requirements, operational limitations or other delivery restrictions apply.
4.4 Queenstown Central is not a postal operator, courier service or mail carrier. The Promoter’s role is limited to collecting completed postcards and arranging their lodgement with NZ Post.
4.5 Once a postcard has been lodged with NZ Post, its handling, transportation and delivery are subject to NZ Post’s terms and conditions, the postal systems of transit and destination countries, and any applicable customs or regulatory requirements.
4.6 The Promoter’s responsibility is limited to collecting postcards and lodging them with NZ Post.
4.7 Delivery times are estimates only and are subject to NZ Post services, international postal networks, customs processes and destination country requirements.
4.8 The Promoter does not guarantee:
a) Delivery of any postcard;
b) Delivery within a specified timeframe;
c) Delivery to any particular destination;
d) Delivery without delay, damage, return or loss.
4.9 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for postcards that are delayed, lost, damaged, returned, misdirected or undelivered after lodgement with NZ Post.
4.10 Participants are responsible for ensuring recipient names and postal addresses are complete, accurate and legible.
4.11 Participants acknowledge that postcards sent internationally may be subject to inspection, delay, disposal, return or other action by customs authorities, border agencies or postal operators in transit or destination countries.
4.12 Postcards will be collected from the activation mailbox and lodged with NZ Post at intervals determined by the Promoter and not necessarily on the day they are submitted.
5. Content Requirements
5.1 Participants must ensure that postcard content complies with all applicable New Zealand laws.
5.2 Postcards must not contain content that:
a) Is unlawful, misleading or fraudulent;
b) Is offensive, abusive, threatening, harassing, discriminatory or hateful;
c) Is defamatory or invasive of another person’s privacy;
d) Infringes any intellectual property rights;
e) Contains obscene, indecent or inappropriate material;
f) Could reasonably expose the Promoter, NZ Post or another person to legal liability.
5.3 Postcards must not contain or have attached to them:
a) Cash or negotiable instruments;
b) Gift cards, vouchers, tickets or financial instruments;
c) Merchandise, goods or physical items of any kind;
d) Prohibited or restricted items under applicable postal regulations;
e) Any item other than the official postcard supplied as part of the activation.
5.4 The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, not to post any postcard that it believes may breach these Terms and Conditions, postal requirements or applicable law.
5.5 The views, opinions and content expressed in postcards are those of the participant and do not represent the views of the Promoter. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for the content of any postcard submitted through the activation.
6. Mail Handling
6.1 By participating, participants acknowledge that Queenstown Central staff may handle and view postcards for the limited purposes of:
a) Verifying recipient delivery details;
b) Ensuring compliance with these Terms and Conditions;
c) Identifying prohibited or inappropriate content;
d) Facilitating postal lodgement.
6.2 Queenstown Central staff will not intentionally read postcard messages except to the extent reasonably necessary to verify compliance with these Terms and Conditions, applicable law or postal requirements.
6.3 Queenstown Central will not publish, share, photograph, reproduce, display or use postcard messages for promotional, advertising or marketing purposes without the express consent of the participant.
7. Privacy
7.1 Personal information contained on postcards may include the names and postal addresses of recipients and any personal information voluntarily included by participants.
7.2 Personal information collected through this activation will only be used for the purpose of facilitating delivery of postcards and administering the activation.
7.3 Personal information collected through this activation will not be added to marketing databases, retained for marketing purposes, or used for marketing communications unless separate consent has been obtained.
7.4 Queenstown Central will not photograph, copy, scan, reproduce, digitise or otherwise retain the contents of completed postcards, except where reasonably necessary to investigate a complaint, suspected unlawful activity or breach of these Terms and Conditions.
7.5 The Promoter will securely destroy or delete any personal information collected for the activation once it is no longer reasonably required for administration, complaint handling or legal compliance purposes.
7.6 Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and Queenstown Central’s Privacy Policy.
7.7 Participants should only provide personal information they have the right to provide.

8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all liability for any loss, damage, cost or expense suffered by any participant or recipient arising directly or indirectly from:
a) Participation in the activation;
b) Mail handling and postage services;
c) Postal delays or delivery failures;
d) Loss, theft, damage or return of postcards;
e) Service interruptions or postal restrictions;
f) Any act or omission of NZ Post or any other postal, customs or delivery authority.
8.2 The Promoter is not responsible for the actions, omissions, delays, delivery decisions or service performance of NZ Post, overseas postal authorities, customs agencies or delivery providers involved in the transportation or delivery of postcards.
8.3 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under New Zealand law.
9. General
9.1 The Promoter reserves the right to verify compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
9.2 Subject to applicable law, all decisions made by the Promoter in relation to the activation are final.
9.3 If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
9.4 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
9.5 The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time where reasonably necessary to protect the integrity, operation or lawful administration of the activation.
9.6 The Promoter will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay arises from events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather events, public health events, industrial disputes, government actions, network failures or disruptions to postal services.
